Morning Session 7.00 AM - 10.00 AM (if you’d like to run around the village with our Muay Thai Boxers please arrive before 6.00 AM)
Afternoon Session 4.00 PM. - 7.00 PM.
Training Rate : Thai 400 THB/ session , Foreigner 600 THB/ session
Private training
10.00 AM - 2.00 PM. (training about 1.30 hrs / session)
Training Rate : Thai 800 THB/session , Foreigner 1,200 THB.

2 training a day, 2 meals and room with AC
1. Single room : 3,000thb/day , 20,000 ฿/week , 74,000 ฿/month , 148,000 ฿/ 2 month per person
2. Double bed/Share room : 1,500 thb./day , 10,000 ฿/week , 42,000 ฿/month , 84,000 ฿/2months per person
Transport : No pick up service, please find taxi from Chiang Man Airport to Buakaw Village. That estimate cost would be 1,200 THB. per single round.
We’re also welcome lovely guests to visit our gym, restaurant and merchandise shop. For those who plan to visit Chiang Mai don’t forget to come and enjoy with us.

This is a short and effective total body workout which you can do either first thing in the morning or before you end your day. It'll help to stretch your body, boost your metabolism and burn calories!
Exercises
1) Squats / Jump Squats
2) Shoulder Tap Push-Ups
3) Lunge & Twist
4) Burpees
5) Mountain Climbers
6) Leg Kickbacks
7) Leg Lifts
8) Plank In-Out
Sequence: 8 intervals (45secs Workout - 15secs Rest)
Total Time: 8 minutes (1 set)
You can repeat 3 - 4 to make it a full solid workout. Rest 1 minute in between set to keep your heart rate constantly elevated.
To progress:
- Perform 3-4 sets.
- Lift some weights to make the exercises tougher or add jumps.
- Choose the advance version.
